I feel for my dearest friends especially for the one who has really been close to me all these years. We recently had our yearly performance review and sadly, she was not able to make it. She was still cheerful though. She said that maybe she should start her Philadelphia job search. Yes, she could go to US anytime since she has a multiple entry US VISA which is good for ten years.

I do not know if I have to write about this but I guess, I will since the bosses will not be reading this blog anyways. I feel that she and the others might be deserving of a low grade but not that low. One of my bosses told me that they should arrive at a decision…

Anyways, I know that everyone must step up in this time of economic crisis. No one should be complacent. We could all be replaced by new hires that are more affordable than the tenured ones. So, what could be our edge? Be at our best at all times!
