I am looking for Online Colleges. No course in mind yet but I want to advance. I want additional education so that I will be upgraded. Maybe I also want new things or new routine. My life has always been the same everyday and sometimes I am getting tired of it. I want out! I have to attack this discontentment in a positive manner.

It is already September! Christmas is already in the air! Just watching my favorite morning show and they guested a choir and they sang a Christmas song. I can’t help it but I sang with them because I was once a member of a chorale group also.

I reminded my friend to make sure that she purchases discount Disney World tickets. Yes, they are planning to bring their only daughter to Disneyland! So, why the reminder? This friend of mine tends to be so excited most of the time and ends up buying expensive tickets because she wants to always be the first. Just last week, she bought a concert ticket and yesterday, an advisory came out about discounts! She learned her lesson the expensive way!

Bonding with kids

When was the last time that you bonded with your kids. You know, that small amount of time full of joy and happiness and full of love. It can be a simple talk with your kids, asking them how they are. It could be just a pillow fights. It could be cooking their favorite meal. It could be joining them for a nap. There are actually lots of things that you could do to bond with your kids. It does not have to be big. It just have to be pure.

Sometimes, I feel that I am already being left behind by the times. That is why, I am glad that I have purchased a laptop! Yes, almost everybody has one already! I should go with the times. It is modern world and laptop now is considered a necessity. Desktops are preferred by many but that is for home use. We actually have one also. Laptop or notebook is for those people who are always mobile.

Fight for it or let it go?

It was pretty dramatic last night. I was not really good at comforting someone who is experiencing pain at heart. To think that it was someone who is really very close to me. It was a domestic dispute between a husband and his wife and they should be the ones to settle that. Anyways, I was worried as the woman said that she was in a bar trying to ease her pain. I immediately gave her a call upon learning that. She must be really in pain. Oh, heartaches! She was crying at the other line. I wonder how she looked. I could hear the noise inside that bar that she went to. It was just a few blocks away from their house. Yeah… Well, she said that she could not walk as she was already dizzy. She thought that the alcohol would not do anything to her. She said that she already called her husband to fetch her. Huh? Anyways, I tried to reach her husband but to no avail. The phone was unattended according to the recording that I heard. They still have four other mobile numbers that belong to their kids and all were unattended. Crazy! I had no choice but to disturb their wonderful neighbor and asked for her eldest son. I monitored her by talking to her until someone came to pick her up. She chose to hang up though. Maybe because she did not want to make a scene by bursting into tears as we spoke. After a few minutes, I called her again and she sounded happy already or sort of. Why? Her husband was with her already. The eldest son was also there. She even joked and told me that it was a family reunion! Oh, poor girl. I tried to cheer her up a while ago and asked her to go out with me for a movie date. Maybe she wanted to stay home. I did not like her joke though that I could just visit her if she is still alive. Oh, poor girl. I do not have the right to judge her husband though. As I have said, it is a problem between the two of them. If love is gone, then they should decide on it. Fight for it or finally let go?

Road trip

What a beautiful morning! It is time to rest and enjoy the sun! Go out and discover what the day has for you! Yes, a road trip will be great! Just make sure that you have a 5th wheel insurance. Who does not like a vacation, huh! I will drop everything for a travel with family and friends. Pack light though or your RV might get cranky. No problem though with 5th wheel.

I received another forwarded e-mail. In the office, these kinds of e-mails are actually prohibited already because somehow it is Spammy. Anyways, some of the initial content or the beginning of these e-mails are really inspirational of sorts. Just skip reading the end part because that is where the spamming begins… you know like asking you to pass that e-mail or it is sort of a fund raising and all…

There was one funny incident about forwarded e-mails that turned serious. Well, it was the birthday month of one of our office mates and he was also about to transfer to another department. We were teasing him to prepare something for us in celebration of his birthday. We knew that there will be a party, we just did not know when. Apparently, he was able to send the invitation via e-mail. However, the topic or the subject is not as simple as, you are invited. It was a sort of an inspirational forwarded message then at the end of that was the actual invite! Indeed, only a few came. He did not inform us also verbally. What a miscommunication or no communication or wrong communication at all, huh!

Anyways, the recent forwarded e-mail that I received just yesterday is about time spent with your lovedones. I somehow felt guilty because I readlly do not have a quality time with my child. Maybe, I should put that in my list.

Plain housewife or Super Mom?

It is almost 9AM and in a few minutes, I am about to leave the house again and go for work! Sometimes I just want to be an ordinary housewife. Plain housewife, as we used to put in our school forms when asked about or Mom’s occupation. But, if ever, I will tell my son to put there, Super Mom! Anyways, we want things that we do not have. I guess, I just have to be contented with what life is offering me right now.

Writing marathon

Yes, it is a different kind of marathon. It is a writing marathon. It is my tenth post for the day that is why I thought of the title so why not write about it? You know the one that they call, writer’s muse? Hahahaha! I am no writer. I am just here to express some of my thoughts and of course to earn extra. I have to be very honest with that. So, thank you blogging world for those two things that you give me that really cause some impact in my life. Sometimes, I think that I have the responsibility to write about things that will give pertinent information to others. I do not want to pressure myself doing that. I just hope that through the stories of my life, others will be able to pick up some things or just relate to it. In short, I am just writing what is in my mind. What I feel at the very moment I am in front of my lap top and pressing the letters of the key board. Sometimes, I have great stories. Most of the times, I just want to just talk and talk… I am a very talkative person. Sometimes non-sense at all. Just like what I am doing right now? Okay, I have to go! Til next time, folks!
